Who We Are Looking For
We are actively building our network of fractional executives across three disciplines. All roles require a minimum of 15 years of C-level operating experience.
Fractional CFO
Senior financial leadership for healthcare organizations, PE-backed companies, and growing SMBs. Deep expertise in financial reporting, cash flow, M&A, and board-level communication.
Fractional COO
Operational leadership for companies scaling through growth, transition, or transformation. Experience running multi-site operations, building teams, and driving process improvement.
Fractional CTO
Technology strategy and execution for healthcare SaaS, digital health, and tech-enabled service businesses. Expertise in product, infrastructure, and engineering leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of C-level executive experience (CFO, COO, CTO, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated track record of operating inside complex organizations
- Ability to engage independently with clients and leadership teams
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required for all roles
- Comfortable working in a fractional, project-based engagement model
